It is understood that before the unveiling,the company was Baoji Jinzuan Petroleum Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.Founded in 2001,the company has a total assets of 1.2 billion yuan,covering an area of 460000 square meters,with 1600 square meters of modern industrial plants and various processing equipment.Over the past decade,after several rounds of industry cycle adjustment,Baoji golden diamond still maintained a steady and sustained good development trend.The company mainly produces and manufactures all kinds of oil drilling rigs,drilling and production equipment,wellhead devices,well control systems,drilling and production tools and accessories R&D,production,sales and services.It is a domestic advanced oil drilling and production equipment manufacturer with independent intellectual property rights.Its products sell well in major domestic oil fields and are exported overseas.

At present,on the basis of the completion of the restructuring,Baoji Jinzuan also hired Guangfa Securities Co.,Ltd.to recommend and sponsor the listing of securities companies.It is planned to complete the listing of the new third board in the first half of 2015,and become the second small and medium-sized enterprise successfully listing the new third board in our city.
