Horizontal Hydraulic Speed Regulation Ahead Box
At present,most of power units of domestic oil chain rigs adopt a hydraulic ahead box to adjust the rotating directions of power machines and working machines to ensure that the rotating directions of the power machines and the working machines keep consistent.It has the disadvantages that:firstly,the hydraulic ahead box cannot adjust the speed,and a coupler always highly rotates at about 1,500rpm,so that the coupler heats severely,has high fault rate,and requires to be repaired and replaced frequently in a shutdown state;and secondly,the hydraulic ahead box cannot adjust the speed,the rotating speed of the rig is unchanged in case of any power,and the high-power operation causes energy waste and high power loss further,so that the drilling cost is increased,and the work efficiency is also seriously affected.
It improves the overall mechanical performance of an oil rig.It makes the rotating speed of the rig change with the power,and greatly reduces the speed regulation range,which reduce power loss,save energy sources and improve economic benefit.
It reduces the rotating speed of a coupler,and the coupler realizes stepless speed regulation in a certain working range,so that the heating of the coupler is avoided,and the normal running of the rig is guaranteed.
It realizes the consistency of the rotating speeds of power machines and working machines,meets drilling requirements of chain rigs,reduces drilling cost,and improves the work efficiency of the rigs.
