Substructure

● The substructure has dragging type,truck-mounted type,trailer-mounted type,box-combination type,slingshot type and swing up type structures.

● The front-platform substructure with a box-combination type structure is higher,and meets the requirement of the installation of standard blowout preventer stacks;and the back-platform substructure is lower,and is suitable for the installation of heavier main drawworks,drive units and diesel engines.

● The slingshot type mechanism is used for electric drive rigs.The drill floor and the table-top equipment can be installed in a low-level way,the derrick is lifted when the drill floor is at low level,and then the drill floor and the derrick are integrally lifted.The left and right sides of the drill floor are provided with buffer hydraulic cylinders which are taken as buffers when the drill floor is lifted and are taken as the power of pushing when the drill floor is laid down.

● The drill floor and the table-top equipment of a rotary mechanism can be installed in a low-level way.The derrick installed in a low-level way can carry a standpipe plate to rise,and the entire drill floor is lifted after the derrick is lifted.
