Jinjiang Crossing: Tunnel River Bottom Project Victory
After 22 days of struggle, at 16: 00 on November 25, the welding of the last nozzle of the river bottom pipeline of the Jinjiang crossing project tunnel in the eastern section of the west second line was completed. On November 24, the pipeline pressure test and deep water sweeping of the Qiantang River Shield Project, a controlling project of the Shanghai branch trunk line in the eastern section of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline, were completed.
The total length of the Qiantang River shield project on the West Second Line is 2900 meters, the design pressure of the pipeline is 10 MPa, and the pipe diameter is 1016mm. This project is the longest small section and long distance shield tunnel in China.
In order to solve the problem of communication blind spots in the tunnel, the scientific research personnel of the Pipeline Bureau launched technical research, systematically solved the problems of wireless communication inside and outside the shield tunnel, and rectified them item by item. After nearly a month of on-site installation and commissioning, the wireless communication project inside and outside the shield tunnel was successfully tested in the Qiantang River shield, filling the gap in the field of wireless communication in the shield tunnel of the pipeline bureau. This is the first successful implementation of small cross-section, long-distance pipeline shield tunnel wireless communication project in China.
During the construction of the project, due to the narrow space in the tunnel and the inability of large-scale equipment to enter, the Qiantang River Shield Installation Project Department continued to innovate technology and transform equipment, and solved a number of problems. The staff overcame the difficulties of humidity and sultry heat in the tunnel, carefully organized, rationally deployed, reorganized the original construction team, and implemented uninterrupted construction throughout the day, which improved work efficiency. The geological conditions in the mountains and valleys are bad, and the construction work surface is narrow. Under the humus soil with a depth of 200mm to 300mm, there is bottomless quicksand, like a swamp. Under normal circumstances, let alone heavy equipment, people will "struggle deeper and deeper" when they get stuck ". The four welding units that first entered the construction of Nanning branch trunk line all had the experience of equipment falling into quicksand. An excavator with CPP519 unit construction, even in the case of bedding steel plate, can be swallowed by the "quicksand swamp. It took the project department 7 days to rescue the equipment by all means.
The local abundant rain and high temperature weather also brought great difficulties to the construction. The local climate is tropical monsoon, with a long rainy season, from April to September, with at least one heavy rain every day. Plains are flooded when water is encountered, and mountain construction is even more difficult.
Faced with many difficulties, the project department to carry out technical research. In view of the special geological conditions such as local paddy fields and swamps, the project department has invested 620 16mm thick steel plate pads to ensure the passage of equipment. There is a lot of rain in the local area, so the project department will take advantage of the rain to carry out construction. The local temperature is high, humid and sultry. The construction unit goes to the construction site at 4 o'clock every day, takes a rest at noon, avoids the high temperature period, and then works from 3 pm to 9 pm.
In the construction line, the reporter felt the bad construction environment. After a heavy rain, the temperature rose to 40 degrees Celsius. Employees in the wet work belt, even if standing still, work clothes will be soaked with sweat. After two hours of homework, employees can take off their rain boots and pour out water. Employees said it was sweat flowing down their bodies into their boots. In order to cope with high-temperature operations, the project department has equipped the unit with a large-capacity freezer to ensure that the unit employees can drink ice water and mung bean soup every day, and at the same time provide employees with heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs, and provide each employee with an additional set of work clothes for timely replacement.
