Since the development of the eastern gas field in Sulige in 2008, the No.5 Gas Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield has implemented the idea of integration of exploration and development, closely combining the research results of geological research, seismic evaluation, test production analysis and production dynamic analysis, comprehensively optimizing the favorable enrichment area by multiple disciplines, and adhering to the development mode of "paying equal attention to the development of horizontal wells and cluster wells", thus doubling the daily gas production. In the past four years of large-scale mining, the daily gas production of this plant has been changed seven times on the basis of one million cubic meters.
Since 2011, the factory has adhered to the principles of "skeleton well shedding and evaluation, development wells focusing on construction of production", established scientific and orderly gas supply mode, strictly controlled gas well distribution, refined gas well classification management, strengthened gas well dynamic monitoring, carried out in-depth research on production system optimization and drainage gas production technology, refined gas well classification and optimized various gas well development technologies according to the dynamic characteristics of different types of gas wells, the "closed-loop gas well management mode" with single well management card as the core is established to promote the combination of "pipe station and pipe well" of shift station staff to realize the downward shift of technology and management, so that each well can realize balanced production.
Solid basic management work has encouraged the development of the Sudong gas field. So far, 14 favorable natural gas enrichment blocks have been selected in this gas field. The proportion of gas wells with higher production has increased from 69% in 2008 to 73% at present, and the daily gas supply capacity has also increased from 800000 cubic meters in the initial stage of production to 7.7 million cubic meters today.
