This is the annual output of 5 million tons of Dagang oil field, the contribution is not small.
In 2008, PetroChina put forward the idea of secondary development of old oil fields. At that time in the Dagang Oilfield Exploration and Development Research Institute, someone said: "Dagang Oilfield has been developed for more than 40 years, is a high water cut, high degree of recovery of the old oilfield, and the port west and other small fault blocks underground situation is complex, secondary development talk easy?" Some experts said: "We have the technical advantage, if we do not do configuration research, not complete secondary development." This idea, a stone stirred up thousands of waves.
New Technology Reconstructing New System
At the beginning of 2009, Qikou Room 1 of Dagang Oilfield Exploration and Development Research Institute took on the important task of secondary development research of Gangxi Oilfield, and the research project became one of the key pilot test projects of the old oilfield secondary development of the joint-stock company. After that, the 70 square kilometers of oil fields in Hong Kong East and Hong Kong Central were included in the study.
The trend of the technical route is the main factor that determines the effect of secondary development. How to build a research system in the face of complicated old data? The Exploration and Development Research Institute has made a "triple" technology roadmap.
One is to reconstruct the underground understanding system. Repeated acquisition, processing and interpretation of seismic data, the formation of high-resolution three-dimensional seismic data, and its high-resolution, high-density new three-dimensional seismic data fine structure understanding, fine description of the fluvial phase reservoir single sand body internal building structure, and put forward the concept of single sand body research, so that the research accuracy from the structure to the single sand body.
The second is to reconstruct the well pattern structure. With the reconstruction of the well network structure as the core, from the second round, the well spacing is encrypted to about 200 meters; the well network layer system is reorganized and optimized, combined with the wide application of new technology, to improve the degree of water drive control, and ultimately greatly improve the recovery rate.
Three is to rebuild the ground process. The large-scale surface process with Gangxi Oilfield as the core is simplified and optimized, which constructs a green channel for secondary development.
Researchers use high-resolution three-dimensional seismic data and high-density well network data, well-earthquake collection, dynamic and static combination, and comprehensive application of various technical means to improve the accuracy of understanding of complex fault block reservoirs and the reliability of understanding of remaining oil distribution. Through the optimization and reorganization of the development layer system and injection and production well network, as well as the application of deep profile and flooding technology, the control degree of reservoir water flooding and the wave coefficient of water flooding are improved, so that the drilling rate of new well well well well well well well drilling and production are steadily increased.
At the end of that year, projects such as "Research on secondary development plan of Gangxi Oilfield" and "fine potential tapping industrialization test in high water cut period of complex fault block reservoir in Gangxi" achieved good implementation results, and successfully passed the evaluation and acceptance of expert group of joint-stock company. The secondary development research technology of Dagang Oilfield won favorable comments in the industry, providing reference for the development of similar old oilfields such as Bohai Bay and playing a leading demonstration role.
New Achievements Accumulated New Experience
Tao Ziqiang, a senior technical expert in Dagang Oilfield, said: "Strengthening the application of three-dimensional seismic data, refining the internal structure description of sand body, quantifying the research on the distribution of residual oil potential, deepening the reorganization of development well network, optimizing the supporting technology of the control and flooding system, and solidifying the supporting technological process of the ground are the crystallization of the painstaking efforts of scientific researchers."
These technical countermeasures make the secondary development of Dagang Oilfield even more powerful. In Gangdong Area 1 and Gangxi Oilfield, 397 new wells will be selected for secondary development. It is estimated that after the implementation of the plan, the new production capacity will be 531200 tons, the cumulative increase of crude oil will be 3.399 million tons in 10 years, and the water drive recovery rate will be increased by more than 5 percentage points, which is the highest in the short term. The secondary development program of Gangxi Oilfield won the Excellent Program Award of the Joint Stock Company.
Gangdong and Gangxi oilfields have successively implemented 129 new wells, with a new production capacity of 264300 tons and a cumulative oil production of 178900 tons. Gangdong Oilfield has drilled high-yield wells with an average daily production of 80 tons. The 24 fault block in the first area of Gangxi Oilfield has a daily oil production of 304 tons, a record high since it was put into development in 1966. The water content has dropped by more than 12%. The overall development stage has returned from the high water cut development stage to the medium water cut development stage in the early 1980 s.
